Dr. Flow AI is currently in early access. This site and the product itself are still evolving, so these terms are intentionally simple and will be expanded as the product moves toward a full commercial launch.
Dr. Flow AI is in an early access phase. Features, pricing, and availability described on this website may change as we learn from real doctors using the product. We'll communicate any material changes directly to doctors already onboarded.
Filling out the Request Early Access form does not guarantee acceptance into the early access program. We review requests personally and reach out to doctors whose practice fits our current pilot phase. There is no automatic enrollment.
Nothing on this website constitutes medical, legal, or financial advice. Dr. Flow AI is a clinical workflow and documentation tool. It does not replace clinical judgment, and doctors remain responsible for reviewing and confirming every prescription and patient record before it is finalized.
Dr. Flow AI uses artificial intelligence to extract clinical information from consultation recordings and generate structured prescription drafts. All AI-generated prescriptions must be reviewed and confirmed by the treating physician before being shared with patients. KliniqOS accepts no liability for clinical errors in AI-generated output that has not been reviewed by a licensed physician. The doctor remains the sole clinical authority in every consultation.
All patient data generated through the use of Dr. Flow AI, including consultation recordings, transcripts, extracted clinical information, and prescription records, remains the property of the treating physician. KliniqOS does not claim ownership of any patient data processed through the product. If you stop using Dr. Flow AI, you retain the right to your data. We will not use patient data for any purpose other than delivering the product to you.
Access is free for doctors in the current early access group. Pricing for continued use after early access has not been finalized. We will inform early access doctors in advance of any pricing changes, with reasonable notice before anything is charged.
Dr. Flow AI is an early access product. While we aim for consistent availability, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service at this stage. Planned maintenance or downtime will be communicated directly to onboarded doctors in advance wherever possible. We recommend that doctors maintain their existing prescription workflow as a fallback during any service interruptions.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Do not share your account access with unauthorized individuals. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately via WhatsApp. KliniqOS is not liable for unauthorized access resulting from failure to keep credentials secure.
This website and the underlying product are intended for use by licensed medical practitioners and authorized hospital staff. You agree not to use this site to submit false information, impersonate another person, or attempt to access systems or data that do not belong to you. Any use that compromises the security or integrity of the platform or patient data is strictly prohibited.
The Dr. Flow AI platform, its design, and its underlying technology are the intellectual property of KliniqOS. Patient data and consultation recordings belong to the treating physician, as stated above. KliniqOS will not use anonymized or aggregated data derived from consultations for model training or any purpose beyond product delivery without explicit consent from onboarded doctors.
As Dr. Flow AI moves from early access toward general availability, these terms will be expanded into a more complete agreement, particularly around patient data handling, service availability, and billing. Onboarded doctors will be notified directly before any such changes take effect.
